Fam Plants ships live starter plants to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Every order is packed by our family.
Processing and delivery
- Orders ship the same or next business day, Monday through Friday.
- We use the carrier best suited to your destination.
- Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Cold-weather protection
When temperatures at the destination drop below 40°F, we pack your order with winter protection so your plants arrive healthy.
When your plants arrive
Open the box right away, water any plants that feel dry, and keep them in bright, indirect light for a few days before moving them into full sun or transplanting.
Damaged in transit?
If any plant arrives damaged, email info@famplants.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we'll send a replacement or a refund. See our Q&A for details.
